Payment Policy:

Payment may be made by cash or electrically by bank transfer (EFT). Credit cards and PayPal are accepted, however, when making payment, you will see that the bank’s processing fee is added to your invoice as an additional amount. Invoices from Jazz Piano Australia do not attract GST.

Payments are to be made by the due date on the invoice. If you have not received an invoice in advance, payment is due at the conclusion of each session. To be eligible for bulk session discounts, payment for the entire series of sessions must be made up front, on the day of the first session of the series. Otherwise, casual fees apply.

Attendance Policy:

If you are unable to attend an invoiced date, please let the studio know before making payment. If a lesson is missed, or cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, the full fee is forfeit. In exceptional circumstances, a late change of lesson time may be considered at the teacher's discretion. Please do not attend the studio if you are contagious or if any government COVID-19 directive suggests that you should not.
